Please review the following details about our fees and payment procedures. You can also refer to our list of accepted insurance plans.

Payment Guidelines

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that all co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles be settled before your appointment. These charges will be automatically processed using the credit card information we have on file. For self-paying patients without insurance coverage, the payment is also required prior to your visit.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We are in-network with specific insurance providers and are in the process of expanding our network to include other major health insurance companies. Please be aware that our fees are subject to periodic adjustments. If there are any fee changes, you will be notified 30 days in advance.
